Our raw honey is honey in its most natural state, extracted from the honeycomb & bottled with minimal processing, meaning it's unheated and unfiltered or only lightly strained to remove large debris like wax, retaining natural enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and flavor. Unlike regular honey, which is pasteurized (heated) and finely filtered for clarity, raw honey often appears cloudy, thicker, and may crystallize, preserving more nutrients.
